Lindsay Plans On "Low Key" Party This Weekend To Celebrate 25th Birthday

Lindsay Lohan's house arrest has ended and her 25th birthday is this Saturday ... so it's time to party!
Her mom, Dina Lohan, tells the Daily News:
- "She's staying in Los Angeles and planning a quiet birthday dinner. It will be very low key with family and close friends. And then she plans to return to her community service right away on Monday."
After pleading no contest to stealing a necklace from a Venice jewelry store, a judge sentenced Lilo to 480 hours of community service and 120 days in jail. Fortunately for Linds, she was given house arrest instead of the slammer.
Just yesterday, Lilo wasted no time heading to the Downtown Women's Center to resume her community service. And last night, the 24-year-old starlet partied at Lexington Social House with actor Emile Hirsch!
