Lindsay Lohan Expected In Court For Mandatory Hearing

Lindsay Lohan will be facing a judge in LA within the hour.
Lohan has been ordered to appear in court on a probation violation charge after she was accused of lying to authorities following a car accident last summer.
Lilo was trying to avoid her court appearance this morning by saying she was sick with a respiratory infection and therefore couldn't fly back to LA from New York. The judge didn't accept the doctor's note submitted by her New York lawyer Mark Heller.
Heller replaced Lohan's previous lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, whom Lindsay fired last year.
The Liz & Dick starlet, wearing all leather, flew from New York last night and was seen chatting on her cell phone once she arrived at LAX.
The court hearing begins at 8:30am.
UPDATE: 8:38am - Lindsay has arrived at the courthouse with lawyer Mark Heller.
