X17 XCLUSIVE - Lindsay Lohan Parties In Cannes Until 5am On Night Before Hearing

Though Lindsay Lohan is required to show up to her DUI progress report hearing at 8:30am in Beverly Hills, the starlet partied the night away in Cannes on a yacht, and she returned to her hotel at 5am.
As we've previously reported, Lindsay claims she can't return to the states because she lost her passport, and the earliest the starlet might make it back would be Friday.
Per order of Judge Marsha Revel, a personal appearance by Lindsay is mandatory, and she will likely issue a bench warrant for Lindsay's arrest this morning.
We'll be streaming live from the courthouse this morning, and even though Lindsay isn't going to show up, we're expecting some stern words from Judge Revel and Lindsay's father Michael, so keep checking back to X17online.com for more updates!

Unfortunately, we all have been drawn in to this drug addicts drama. For her,this chaotic existence is perfectly normal, and she probably assured herself, in her troubled mind that she is right. If we look at the number of issues this young lady as had in her short life, it is clear that her substance abuse has taken complete hold of her. That being said, I am completely revolted by her behavior. You say, why should the average citizen be annoyed? Well it has to do with the actions of persons in the public spotlight who circumvent the law, and promote a unhealthy lifestyle that others look upon in a favorable light. I actually do not care if she gets rehabilitated, I would much prefer her incarcerated for longer than 6 months. It would help restore some faith in the judicial system.

The whole point of Lindsay going to Cannes was supposed to be to make some kind of announcement about the upcoming film about Linda Lovelace.
