Lindsay Lohan Enjoys Surf, Sun And A Cigarette In Malibu

Lindsay headed out to catch some waves in Malibu early Tuesday. While we're glad the troubled star is enjoying a healthy outdoor activity, it looks like she's still stuck on the nicotine.
Lohan and her pals must have forgotten that smoking is banned on all California beaches!
The Mean Girls star reportedly gave up cigarettes in May -we even caught her smoking an electric one while on house arrest - but it seems old habits die hard. Maybe the recent stress of ongoing court hearings and probation checkups have been too much for Lilo.
Whatever the case, we're just glad to see our fave starlet riding the waves and enjoying some good old-fashioned fun in the sun!
