Lindsay Lohan Enjoys Another Day Of Freedom, Awaits Possible Theft Charges

Lindsay Lohan's next DUI hearing isn't until February 25th, but the 24-year-old Hollywood starlet could still be in hot water for allegedly stealing a $2,500 gold necklace - pictured above - from Kamofie & Co. in Venice.
The actress maintains that she had the necklace in question on loan from the jewelry store, but while felony grand theft charges have not been filed today, the DA's office might still do so as early as tomorrow morning.
LiLo's attorney, Shawn Chapman Holley, said the following in a statement: "We vehemently deny these allegations. And, if charges are filed, we will fight them in court, not in the press."
And today, Holley visited the L.A. County District Attorney's Office - to cut a deal and get her client off the hook?
Will Lindsay Lohan manage to escape these charges altogether?
The necklace has already been returned, so it's possible the actress is in the clear for good. Unless the DA has a beef with Linds and wants to make a point!
