Lindsay Lohan On Her Future: "I'm Taking This Seriously"

Seeing as she went in to get her booking photo just 24 hours after her court hearing, we believe her!

Lindsay Lohan posted this Instagram selfie yesterday, and we're not sure if she was rehearsing for her sexy mugshot or what, but she also tweeted a statement about getting back on track and her whereabouts the other night.

"Guys relax, that was NOT me at A/V or in the @mrpink SUV," she wrote. "I'm taking this seriously and focused on the road ahead. I stayed in last night, after a pretty long day...and ordered sushi to my hotel. Don't believe EVERY little thing you hear, unless you hear it from me. The support I have gotten, has been great and means alot. <3 L."

On Monday Lilo plead no contest to lying to police and reckless driving, and she has until May 2 to provide the court with proof of enrollment at a rehabilitation center of her choosing. At that point she will either commit to a date to begin serving her 90 days, or show the judge that she's already started her time at the facility.

Once she's done with that, Lohan will begin her court-mandated community service ... if she's really taking things seriously, we have to wonder how soon she's going to get her sexy butt to rehab!
