Lindsay Lohan Sued By Photographer Over Injury From Car Accident

Lindsay Lohan is being sued by a paparazzi photographer who claims he was injured when her driver ran him over outside of the Hotel Cafe in Hollywood back in January of 2010.
Grigor Balyan filed the lawsuit today in Los Angeles Superior Court against Lohan and her driver, Paola Demara, along with management company Tri Star Sports and Entertainment. He claims the defendants "so negligently, carelessly, and recklessly operated, maintained, repaired, owned, and controlled their automobile so as to cause an accident which resulted in personal injuries and property damage to Plaintiff."
Demara was driving a BMW 650, and after allegedly hitting Balyan (injuring his hand and wrist), he sped off. Paramedics were called to the scene and Balyan filed a police report shortly thereafter.
