Report: Lindsay Lohan Will Be Charged With Lying To Cops

Lindsay Lohan told police back in June that she wasn't behind the wheel of a Porsche that crashed into the back of an 18-wheeler on Pacific Coast Highway.
However, several witnesses say she was driving.
The Mean Girls actress will soon face misdemeanor charges of lying to police, according to TMZ.
Lohan is still on probation for a jewelry heist in Venice from earlier this year.
Judge Stephanie Sautner, who dealt with Lindsay's jewelry case, could find the 26-year-old starlet in violation of her probation. This could result in the actress going back to jail.
Lindsay's lawyer has yet to issue a statement.
