EXCLUSIVE PHOTOS - Lindsay Lohan's Mystery Man Identified

X17online got exclusive pics of Lindsay Lohan partying at Paris Hilton's Malibu beach house on Sunday, and we caught her hanging out with ... and hanging on to ... a mystery man.
Well, mystery solved: the guy is Australian actor Brett Tucker, 39. He's a paltry 14 years older than Lohan, 25.
Lindsay spent the day smoking and partying at Hilton's home, then left with Tucker. She held on to him as the two walked out, including putting her hands on his shoulders (above.)
Tucker is reportedly quite the ladies man, though he's had a hard time making it big in the U.S. -- the actor has only been able to land bit parts on TV shows like CSI and the now-canceled ABC series Off the Map. This will certainly raise his profile!

Lohan started last Saturday night off at Hollywood hot spot Chateau Marmont for dinner, then headed to the Palihouse hotel in West Hollywood for the 25th birthday party of a friend.
She reportedly arrived to that party with former Survivor Mexico contestant Oscar Lusth, 29. Online reports suggested that Lohan was drunk at the soiree, though she Tweeted, "Love how going to a friends birthday turns into a slew of lies! grrr - oh well..."
The troubled star has also been been seen out with Spencer Falls -- he was spotted at her Venice home last week. Falls is best known for starring in Virgin mobile's "Sparah" ad campaign. The two were also seen getting dinner July 12.
Falls, a friend of Lindsay's close pal, photographer Tyler Shields, grabbed her breast in a recent photo shoot with Shields.
Lindsay was in court last week for a progress hearing on her community service, where she told the judge she had lost her health insurance coverage with the Screen Actor's Guild due to a lack of work and could not pay for private psychiatric counseling.
While the hearing went fairly well and Lohan was compliant, she is reportedly planning a trip to St. Tropez, despite the judge's warning that she needs to finish her community service hours ASAP.
