A 90 day sentence would be around 45 days under the Claifornia system of 1 day off for one day served by nonviolent offenders.

Lindsay getting out after only 14 days served is the real OUTRAGE and an affront to regular citizens.

This is very unfair the way Lindsay gets out early.

Paris only had one misdemeanor (speeding) and served longer for her probation violation .

All she did was drive on suspended licence because she was told she could do so if it was for business related purposes.

Judge Revel is tough but fair.

I was nearly killed by an impaired motorist a few years ago. I was (relatively) lucky, and after a year or so of pain and surgery, I could walk relatively normally. This is lucky compared to the person standing next to me, who was fatally injured and died the next day.

She is learning humility getting woke up at 5 30, alone for 23 hours, talking to her family through a phone with a glass partition seperating them.
1 week is long enough and 90 days was harsh. All the other lawyers said the sentence was too harsh for a minor probation violation when she was in substantial compliance.

yep, lawyers said the judge was giving her a harsh sentence. lohan is serving jail time for a probation violation (missing weekly classes) and not for something else. her sentence was only based on missing DUI classes.
lohan was already sentenced to 3 years of probation (no driving for all these years, attending alcohol education classes, AA meetings, rehab and more).

DMX just got 90 days for reckless driving and messing up his probation...I'd say Lindsay got off easy! drugs, car theft, kidnapping, drunk driving twice...and 90 days? please.
