Which Star Rocked The Best Look At The White House Correspondents' Dinner?

We have to admit, both ladies went for gowns that were less than "Presidential" in overall appearance, but while Lindsay Lohan forgot to pack a bra in her rush to make the plane to Washington D.C., Kim Kardashian covered almost everything up in a frumpy green velvet ensemble.
Aside from the fact that she was flashing some major side-boob, it also appeared La Lohan totally forgot to iron the front of her dress before she thew it on -- the girl was in a time crunch after all!
But what was Kim K's excuse? She had plenty of time (and money!) to select a couture gown with a little more pizzaz than this! Miss Kardashian must be too busy with new beau Kanye West to focus on frivolous things like fashion at the moment.
If you had to choose, who worked the White House red carpet best?
We vote Lindsay, at least her hair looked good!
