Lindsay Lohan Attends Former Fling James Franco's Post-Oscar Party

Lindsay Lohan brought her brother, Michael, Jr., as her date to James Franco's post-Oscar party Sunday night.
Even though Franco, himself, didn't attend the bash, Lindsay joined Seth Rogen, and Kevin Spacey at the party which was apparently "a bust."
Upon leaving, Lindsay almost got knocked over by security before her driver got into a scuffle with the paparazzi!
Lindsay Lohan returned to the screen last night in her first post-rehab appearance, in Jimmy Kimmel's mock-exercise video for "Humpilates."
But apparently we'll be seeing a lot more of La Lohan soon...
