Tomorrow lindsay lohan will plead no contest to stealing a necklace which basically means that she is admitting that she is a thief but she will not show up in person to enter the plea. Her lawyer will be doing it on her behalf while lindsay gets to stay home and sleep in because that is just who she is. Tmz which has been acting as if they are lindsay lohan's publicist says that lindsay will only serve 14 days of house arrest with an ankle bracelet and then she will be done with everything except the community service which if not completed will land her in jail again. Radar online which is dina lohan's favorite website says that lindsay will be getting more jail time added on because the 4 month sentence was for the probation violation only. Now she must be sentenced to more jail time for admitting to being a thief. The city attorney who took over for danette meyers will demand lindsay be forced to appear in court so that she can immediately be taken into custody so that they can throw her in jail again to serve her full sentence. You may remember a few years ago that when paris hilton did not show up for a routine court appearance because she did not want to be a distraction for the court a judge was so angry he immediately ordered that paris was to appear before him to be sentenced and shw was thrown right in jail. It looks like shawn holley's incompetence is on display again if she thinks that lindsay can show disrespect for the court, the judge and for the prosector tomorrow by not showing up. Failure to not show up and prove that lindsay is a grown woman who is ready to take her punishment will infuriate people to the point that her sentence will far exceed what people had expected.

If Judge Sautner doesn't demand that Lindsay serve jail and object to house arrest Lindsay WILL be placed on house arrest.
It is the Judge's decision not the city attorneys.

TMZ and radar are both reporting that lindsay lohan will not get any additional jail time added to her 4 month sentence tomorrow when her lawyer enters the plea on lindsay's behalf. The prosecutor just met with lindsay's lawyer and the judge to agree to this deal. There will not be any jail time for lindsay lohan and she will get to stay home under house arrest while most people usually spend time behind bars. Radar is also reporting that lindsay will also be given 1 year of probation as punishment for stealing the necklace. The job of a prosecutor is to seek out a punishment that will act as a deterrent to send a message to other people out there that if they commit these types of crimes that there will be consequences but in this case the woman who took over for danette meyers failed miserably. Now anyone who wants to commit similar acts of criminality can just follow the lindsay lohan approach to avoiding real consequences. If lindsay thinks that this form of celebrity justice is a step in the right direction for her image then she is wrong. Gigli is widely considered to be one of the worst movies ever made and affleck and lopez's careers never recovered after that movie did so bad. Pacino went on to appear in movies because he had earned the right to do a bad movie for martin brest who directed al in his oscar winning performance in scent of a woman. Al did that as a favor for his buddy martin brest who has yet to direct a movie since then and now al is doing another favor for his friend barry levinson who directed al in the emmy winning you don't know jack where al played jack kevorkian. It took five years for martin brest to get another chance at directing a movie because in 1998 he directed another cinematic stinker called meet joe black with brad pitt. Travolta's resume consists of so many box office bombs that to cast him in anything is very dangerous. John's scientology vanity project battlefield earth which costarred his wife kelly preston is the only other movie in recent history that could match gigli as being one of the worst movies ever made that bombed big time. It will be very interesting to see what the box office returns will be when you combine the actor who did battlefield earth with the guy who did gigli with the girl who did i know who killed me. If the gotti movie bombs as badly as i know who killed me did then lindsay lohan will go down as an actress that is to be avoided at all costs not only because of her bad reputation but also all of her box office bombs.
