Lindsay Lohan's Lawyer: Lindsay Never Drank Or Used Drugs At Betty Ford

Lindsay Lohan's attorney, Shawn Chapman Holley, is speaking out against accusations that her client was under the influence while at Betty Ford.
Holley released the following statement:
- "I had numerous conversations with Betty Ford counselors and doctors over the course of Lindsay's treatment there and it was never suggested by anyone that she ever drank or used drugs. Her discharge letter from the facility is totally consistent with that."
The 24-year-old actress is still in hot water with the Palm Desert Police Department over possible violations of her probation ... stemming from her reported scuffle on December 12 with Betty Ford employee Dawn Holland.
Judge Elden Fox had warned Lilo that she could face six months in jail if she caused any problems while in rehab. Judge Fox has yet to comment on the Betty Ford incident.
Lindsay is expected back in court for a progress review hearing on February 25, and during that court visit, she will undergo drug and alcohol testing.
