Apparently the Cali DMV 'doesn't know who she is' which means she'll have t get tags, but hopefully she gets pulled over by the po-po and gets another ticket for violating another law! The Blohans, being criminals with huge amounts of self-entitlement, simply do not think that the laws apply to them. They steal constantly, cheat on taxes, commit major fraud, drive drunk and intoxicated, drink and smoke underage, abuse and procure both prescription and illegal drugs, lie to law enforcement officials and possibly the courts, the list goes on and on.
