We certainly miss Lindsay Lohan here in Hollywood, but we're happy to see her looking so cheerful in NYC! The starlet shopped at Intermix and dined at Omen with some pals last night, and as always, Lilo had a cigarette hanging out of her hand for most of the evening.
While Lilo seems to be enjoying the Big Apple (after all, she was born and raised on the east coast), is this really the answer to all of her problems? I'm sure it's helping to take her mind off of Samantha Ronson and all of the LA drama, but is relocating to NYC going to set Lindsay straight? Or does she still need to be kidnapped by her dad and sent off to a super strict rehab program? Preferably one with an in house dentist to help make her pearly yellows white again...

Well, she has very white teeth. Remember she has a very pale white skin (red hair) so they look more yellow if you compare them with people with a tan.

Those stories are either being leaked by the Ronsons - Ann Dexter Jones has a connection with the New York press or is the work of the usual gutter press out to destroy Linds. She has to start suing these media outlets when they print these outrageous stories because they serve to damage her professionally.
When the truth proves them wrong, there's no apology or retraction forthcoming. A good example is the story of her burgling her own house; now that the felonious ring has been exposed no apology from anyone.
LILO needs to get serious about her image and fire her mom as manager, get a new one ,new publicist and a good civil litigator specialising in libel cases. She'd make enough money to be comfortable for the rest of her life!

Alcohol abstinence would be a smart move. Earlier this week Lohan (mom Dina calls her a “genius”) saw her probationary period extend from three to four years to fulfill the terms of her probation relating to her 2007 DUI arrest. She had risked jail time for skipping alcohol education classes as mandated by her probation.
I think a better solution would be for Mayor Bloomberg to simply ban Lindsay Lohan (Blohan) from New York City.
