Lilo Will Face Jail Time If She Messes Up Again

Even though Lindsay avoided jail this time for her violation of the terms of her 2007 DUI agreement, she won't be so lucky if she lets it happen again.
"This is the last time we are going to be talking about re-enrolling and doing what you need to do," Judge Marsha Revel told Lilo in the courtroom this morning before extending her probation one year in order to complete her classes, reports CNN.
Despite the seriousness of the situation, Lindsay showed up to court this morning over an hour late, making her car circle the courthouse a few times as she nervously smoked in the backseat before getting out.
She's due back in court for a progress report on December 15th.
Let's hope she takes her probation more seriously, too!
