I guess I should have made it clear my 12:55 post was a reaction 2:36’s funny question. The Chunnel is an amazing feat of engineering built over an extensive period of time and was covered by the international press while being built. Even problems receive coverage. I can’t imagine anyone not knowing what it is. It’s akin to not knowing what Big Ben and the Eiffel Tower are. Even if a person didn’t know about the Chunnel, why not Google it? I don’t know.
