Lindsay's SCRAM Must Be Suffocating In There

Yesterday afternoon Lindsay Lohan emerged from Madison after a shopping spree, and yet again the actress slash party princess covered up her alcohol monitoring anklet with a pair of tall boots. It's understandable that she wouldn't want to show it off, but girlfriend is going to have some awkward tan lines if this continues!
Think she'll get her SCRAM bracelet removed in time for her 24th birthday this Friday? Or will someone else just happen to spill their drink on her when she's out celebrating?
We think she deserves to party!
