Still glowing from the salutary effects of her emotional reunion with her estranged father, we spotted a determined-looking Lindsay Lohan heading into the gym yesterday afternoon. (Not that she's made a total commitment to fitness, mind you - we spotted Lindsay puffing away on a cigarette not too long after her workout. Then again, like father, like daughter!)

We all do stupid shit when we are in our early 20's BUT did we get away with them?? I am Canadian and i went to Florida when i was 20 I had been drinking here for 2 yrs legaly But when i went to Florida I couldn't even go in a liquer store without my ID and when i showed it I was kicked out because I wasn't 21! so I ask HOW in the world did she get away with drinking under age, forget about the driving and all but she was caught driving drunk BEFORE her 21st bday... and then we coke on top of that????
she has only truely been in 1 movie that she is known for so what is the big deal about her everythign you read its the mean girls star... HOW long ago was that movie???? at least 2 yrs old now.... that would be like refering to will smith as o that guy on fresh prince of Belair......

I feel that Lindsay has lost her talent and is going to be nowhere in the industry anytime soon. She's out of control and probably missed out most of her child hood. I think she's really lost sight of who she really is and the only way rehab will work for her this time around is if she has hit a "rock bottom," which I definatley don't think she has. So, I think she'll be either in and out of rehab for a while or just be a has been drug addict. There's no happy medium for her. She needs to wake up.
