Lindsay To Get Restraining Order Against Her "Lunatic" Father

Lindsay Lohan and her mother Dina are working together to completely cut Michael Lohan out of their life, and their latest move has the 23-year-old starlet seeking a restraining order against her father.
Dina tells Page Six Lindsay is applying for a restraining order after reading Michael's statement to X17online where he said he wanted to kidnap her and force her into rehab.
After hearing reports that Michael planned to go on TV and play her phone messages about Lindsay, Dina told Page Six: "He's getting a cease-and-desist letter [from us], so that's not going to happen. If it's something personal about your child, you don't go public with it."
Dina continued, "He is hurting Lindsay. It breaks my heart. She's like, 'Mommy, when is he ever going to stop?' It is horrific that a father could do this. We are afraid he's spiraling out of control. Ali is scared and will be getting an order of protection. Lindsay is getting an order in California and in New York. He's desperate, he's running out of options because none of his children is talking to him. Doors are closing for him, and he's getting a little nervous, which makes us nervous. We're scared. But I believe in karma, and his leash is getting tighter. He just needs to zip his mouth."
Dina added that Michael is six months behind in his child support, and she plans on getting him nailed for that too. "On Monday, we will file a violation order, and if he doesn't pay, he'll go to jail," she said. "He's getting paid for these shows he's doing talking about Lindsay. He's flying all over the country and not paying for his other three children he's hurting every time he goes on television."
Lindsay seems to echo her mother's sentiments, as she tweeted the other day:
- "My father is a lunatic&doesn't even deserve such a title since he's never been around in my life other than when he'd threaten me&my family He should be where he has always put himself after verbally abusing and physically abusing people all my life-behind bars. Its so sad to get A phone call from my baby sister just now asking, "why is daddy doing this?" Through tears. He's crossed the lines&hurt me&my family 4 the the last time.... So much for having a 'dad'..... I'm going to spend some time with the ones that love me&i love now. I appreciate those who Continue to support me. Although it's sad to see Linds having to go through this, I for one believe she's doing the right thing. Granted she has issues, but ML's tirade was never about her or her welfare. It seemed the actions of an enraged, selfish, destructive and greedy man. No parent who cared about his child who still has a professional image to preserve, (that's how she earns a living) would attempt to address such a sensitive issue so publicly. This is especially so when one considers how small an input he's made in her upbringing.
All ML was trying to do was get his hands on LILO's money by any means necessary. No court would grant him conservatorship over a flea, but if he could get the public to believe that LILO was drugged out of her mind then when he "kidnapped" her and took her away and forced her to sign over accounts and valuables, no-one would believe her side of the story.Dina should get his ass locked up pronto!
BTW, who records conversations about their adult children with their ex? He was obviously planning this for a long time and when LILO refused to go on his failed reality show he wants to make money off the tapes. Loser jailbird!
