BREAKING NEWS! - Court Issues Warrant For Lindsay's Arrest!!!

There is a warrant out for Lindsay Lohan's arrest stemming from a her failure to comply with court orders after her last DUI in July, 2007, according to Hollyscoop.
It was Lilo's second DUI and she was also charged with felony drug possession for the cocaine found in her car.
The LAPD could not confirm the warrant. More details coming ...
UPDATE - The Beverly Hills PD has issued the following statement regarding the warrant:
- "In response to media inquiries, [the] Beverly Hills Police Department is confirming a warrant was in fact issued today [March 13] for the arrest of Lindsay Lohan. The $50,000 warrant issued by the Beverly Hills Superior Court stems from a May 2007 arrest of Miss Lohan for DUI and hit-and-run. The circumstances leading to the issuance of the warrant by the court are not readily available at this time. It is our hope that Miss Lohan will surrender herself so that this matter will be resolved in a timely manner."

Seldom do the police or probation officers go out searching for someone when a bench warrant is issued. If Lindsay is stopped for any reason (ie: driving violation-security points) and they run a check on her, then she
would be taken into custody, call her attorney, post bond and then be released.
Otherwise she and her attorney will go to the courthouse on Monday and put her on calendar and end of warrant.
Publicity and exploitation is the only reason anyone would be looking for her.

Well, it was going to come to this sooner or later, Lindsey has just been out of control. Rehab hasn't worked on her and I would say she needed rehab less for alcohol than drugs. Her career is already on a downwards spiral and she's been pleading with studios to hire her, but she can't get her act together. Maybe a little time in jail will be the wake up card she needs.
