The D.A. hoped to have her arrested on Friday night or Saturday morning, keep her in jail until Monday, and then stage a perp walk with her in orange and chains.

The warrant allegedly charges and administrative violation so it will not actively be pursued. Remember the prosecutor in the Paris Hilton case; his wife had an outstanding warrant for more than a year. If there was a violation of parole and she was vacated by her parole officer then they would come looking for her.

Tmz is reporting that there is a new judge who will be presiding over lindsay's court case tomorrow. The judge is a woman and she is one of the toughest judges that they have. She is a no nonsense type of judge who does not put up with anyone's bs even if they are famous.
