See, some people do deserve a second chance! Access Hollywood has learned that Lindsay Lohan has been charged with "seven misdemeanors stemming from her two recent DUI incidents" - but no felonies (which means a lot less jail time)! The fact that the Mean Girls star was allegedly in possession of cocaine may not be as big a factor as predicted... why? Because on both occasions "the amount found was below the .05 grams required for a felony filing."
The arraignment is scheduled for Friday in Beverly Hills, but Lohan - currently in rehab in Utah - is not required to attend. I'm sure she's ecstatic upon receiving this news, though!
Linds really needs to prove herself after getting out of rehab... for the third time. Hopefully she'll stay in and watch a DVD once in a while now!
