I dont think you should be following her to her AA meetings. if you really think about it maybe you guys should back up off her all together its probably the main reason why she drinks so much and has to go to AA meetings is because of all the media following her around on a daily basis. I think its time to back off so she can try to get back to normal. It will never happen if you guys dont give her a break!

I personally think Paris did hit her and Elliott was doing damage control. Lindsay certainly shouldn't have said that it never happened though. She probably would do just about anything to get in Paris' good graces though. 20 years old is young and impressionable.

Sunner - I'm with ya! Yes, I like to see pics of the celebs out and about but following Lindsay to an AA meeting puts the ANONYMITY of the other people going to the meeting in jeopardy and is a BIG no-no (are you reading this X17? Hope so!)

That being said, I'm all for Lindsay going to AA if she is serious about getting sober, however if she is just using AA as a free 'counselling service' then she needs to stop and go get a proper therapist.

I wish her all the best in her efforts to get sober and stay sober. If she truly is an alcoholic/addict she is sick and deserves some compassion, not derision.

Following ANYONE to an AA meeting defeats the purpose of their going to an AA meeting. The act of doing that is to GET BETTER, and X17 ISN'T HELPING!

Whether you care or not about Lindsay doesn't matter, it's the PRINCIPLE that you would stoop so low, just to get shots of her in as vulnerable a state as possible.

Just know that if she eventually dies from alcohol poisoning, X17 WAS THERE TO MAKE SURE IT HAPPENED!

AA stands for Alcoholics ANONYMOUS. Anonymous being the keyword here. Lots of very famous people regularly attend AA meetings and have for years. They are struggling with a very serious condition. It is a sickness. There are even support groups for family members. Lindsay Lohan is stalked and hounded by paps 24/7. Some of it she has encouraged. A lot of it she hasn't. I think these constant bulletins about her attempts to get her life straightened out are not only an intrusion, but in many ways the photos and reports of her attendance at AA meetings are an attempt to play "gotcha" and sabotage her effort to recover. She's gonna slip up and make mistakes. Most Alcoholics do. But to have the press there waiting and literally hoping for a photo op when she does, is really disgusting. I wish the media would stop doing this. Some of the same people who are "covering" Lindsay are members of AA. They know what they are doing is more than unethical, it is borderline criminal. I think some of these media types won't be satisfied until they can report that Lindsay literally crashes and burns before their eyes. Shame on all of you!

Lindsay has been the meal ticket for her highly dysfunctional family since she was a child. She has no guidance, no support and no role models. She is a talented young girl with a lot of issues. That's understandable. The fact that she is in AA is a good thing. Hopefully she can find the support and guidance she needs to begin to heal as a person while she gets help for her addiction.
