After having seen the video of lindsay showing up to a place so that she could make a milkshake i think that it is now time for an intervention. Anyone out there who is close to this girl needs to get her the help that she needs before it is too late. She is starting to remind me of gloria swanson in that movie sunset boulevard. For those of you who have not seen the movie i highly recommend it because it gives you insight as to what is the inevitable outcome for all celebrities if they do not get their act together. Lindsay's appearance at a milkshake shop reminded me of the final scene of that movie. If you have seen it then you know what i am talking about. If you have not then i will point out the similarities between the movie and what has become of lindsay's life. The movie is about an actress who was once really popular, but no longer is. She believes that she is still a superstar, but no one else sees her in that way. In the final scene of the movie she leaves her home for the first time in a long time and the media is there waiting for her. She is responsible for the death of someone, but she is so out of her mind that she did not even know that she had killed someone. As she leaves her home you see her constantly smiling because she believes that everyone is there to praise her when in fact they are all there to see what has become of her. She exists as nothing more than a freak show to the public and i think that you can say the same about lindsay too. The only entertainment she gives to people is when she has a complete meltdown or does something crazy like show up at jack nicholson's home at 2am. Lindsay may think that the people were there to watch her make a milkshake because they are fans, but in reality they were there to witness the next chapter in the neverending soap opera that is the lindsay lohan show. She may think that she is a star, but the truth is that she is just one more milkshake appearance away from joining mischa barton.
