Report: Lindsay Lohan Demands Apology From Courts

She deserves an apology after everything she suffered because she missed a few classes that she made up.

On Wednesday justice will prevail

I agree that the judge probably can not be sued but if Lindsay is really pissed off she can rain a shit storm down on judge Revel and Judge Fox if she is not given significant relief from the remainder of her sentence.
An ethics complaint about Revel mandating the amount of time she is held in a psychiatric hospital without any medical evaluation first to base the time limit on would be a good start. An answer to the question; why would you jail someone with psychiatric problems prior to sending them to a hospital for help would also play well in the press. Remember that Revel is up for election in November so Lindsays timing is perfect.
She now has a psychiatric evaluation which states she is not an alcoholic or a drug addict demanding that the court explain the rational behind a year of drug testing and alcohol restriction would also be a good idea.
Her interview on television could be a real barn burner if she is actually pissed off and looking for a pound of flesh. While it would probably not get her any money from the state she could cost the state a ton in investigating the allegations she could make and if she was coached carefully there could be no actions taken against her. She could motivate the public to really examine how they vote for judges and cause real upheaval in the courts for a very long time.

The judge in the Lindsay Lohan case will issue an order tomorrow, and it could be Lindsay's ticket to freedom ... TMZ has learned.

Judge Elden Fox will issue an order tomorrow in Lindsay's case ... somewhere between 1:30 and 3:30 PM PT. This follows a surprise appearance today in court by Lindsay's lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley ... but no one is talking about specifically what went down in the judge's chambers.

As TMZ first reported, the doctors at UCLA have recommended that Lindsay get out long before the 90 days imposed by the prior judge -- Marsha Revel.

Sources have told us they expect Lindsay's release will probably come this week, to be followed by outpatient care. All signs point to Judge Fox executing this plan.

We'll be in court. Stay tuned.
