Hope it's not another publicity stunt from those Inferno peeps. Like 3 days in a row now it's all about those Inferno peeps while Lindsay's in jail. First, the director Matthew Wilder went to jail to see Lindsay (he got banned.. of course). Then that co-star dude went to jail to give her a book (I mean.. really?) Even her own close friends don't go to jail coz EVERYONE knows Lindsay can only see a few peeps (mom/ali/sam) there and EVERYONE knows she can't accept gifts. Now that LL has enuf time to think, she hopefully realises that this is not a good movie for her right now. After her rehab stint people want to see a happy LL again, not a troubled LL. Kate Major Sues Michael Lohan Over Pics

Kate Major has lawyered up against her ex-fiance Michael Lohan, and we can't say we blame her, given that the dude leaked topless pics of her online.
In a cease and desist letter to Lohan, her attorney writes:
