Report: Lindsay Lohan To Be Served With Lawsuit For Alleged Hit And Run

Lindsay Lohan is reportedly going to be sued by a nanny who claims the actress injured her after a hit and run in September 2010.
Witnesses told TMZ that Lohan allegedly ran a red light in her Maserati in West Hollywood, and she struck Nubia Del Carmen Preza, who was pushing a stroller through an intersection.
Though the child wasn't injured, Preza claims she was, and a source on the scene added that "3 of the 4 wheels on the stroller became airborne" during the accident.
Despite this report, Lohan's rep tells X17online, "Neither Lindsay nor her attorneys have been served with this lawsuit."
