We've seen Lindsay Lohan do comedy, we've seen her do drama - but how about action? If her tomfoolery in the salon last night is any indication, she's certainly got the chops! After a long day of tanning and shopping, Lindsay snuck off to Byron's for another in a series of quick touch-ups, only to get distracted by a gun-shaped sprayer the salon had laying around. Luckily, Lindsay remembered to put it back before heading to the airport - last night was tense enough without it anyway!
I actually think Lindsay looks even cuter with her hair up in the salon than she does outside - I mean, just check out that witheringly adorable look she shoots her friend towards the end of the clip!

Mario Lavandeira, aka Perez Hilton, won round two in his court battle with a major Hollywood photo agency yesterday, when a judge ruled that the Gossip Gangster can continue to run his website while the $7.5 million case is being decided.
The paparazzi agency wanted PerezHilton.com shut down pending the result of the lawsuit.
Last month, a judge denied Perezzle's attempt to have the case dismissed.
Hilton, who runs the popular gossip website PerezHilton.com, was sued back in December after the agency claims he ignored warnings to stop using its images without permission. Hilton is known for taking celebrity pictures and making amusingly crude drawings on them.
"The court's ruling is further validation of our client's position in this dispute," Hilton's lawyer, Bryan J. Freedman, tells TMZ, "We continue to believe that Mr. Lavandeira ultimately will prevail on the legal merits at the time of trial in this matter."
Calls to the photo agency were not immediately returned.

Lindsay is fuckin glamorous and anyone who says differently is just jealous!! by the way that "gun-shaped sprayer" shes holding is the new GlowFusion home airbrush tanner and its fabulous!! its around $200 plus the solution but sooo worth it and they sell it at sephora!! it doesnt give u that orange look and its way better then wrinkles and skincancer!!!
