It's no secret that Lindsay has been steadily losing weight since she starting seeing Samantha, but OK! mag says that her drastically reduced figure could be due to some sort of sick competition with her girlfriend!
"Lindsay is obsessed with her weight; it’s hard to be with another woman and not compare bodies,” a source tells the mag.
But apparently Lindz isn't the only one losing weight, Samantha (not that you can tell what's behind her baggy tees and jeans) has also dropped some poundage, due to "red bull, cigarettes and stress related to life with Lindsay."
Lindsay's rep denies any sort of "biggest loser" type contest between the two, but it's undeniable that the girls have lost weight since they've been together...
Hey, stress can account for a lot...but if being together is so stressful that the girls are losing weight over it, maybe they shouldn't be together?

sam has always been skinny- i don't see any difference.if she is stressed am not suprised it can't be easy having a relationship with a pap and tabloid magnet.lilo is a little too skinny- but she has always yo yo'd in weight-like all the other actresses. she seems happier and less troubled then in the past though.
