We were waiting around Teddy's for Lindsay Lohan to make her grand exit last night when out of the blue, two cops showed up to give her driver a ticket! Apparently it's illegal to park right in the middle of a red zone - well, unless you're Kate Hudson, I guess!
They're never around when you need 'em, huh?

JLS...I don't park illegally and hope for the best - dumb idea. What's wrong with following the laws of traffic? Too busy or too good for them? My nephew died because of someone not obeying the laws.
