It's a lot better than jail cell. Most of her problems are related to substance abuse (2 DUI's and several Probation Violations). That doesn't make you a bad person, not at all. Most of her court appearances were because of that. She hasn't done REALLY bad things, like so many people seem to claim. I personally found her sentences pretty harsh. It was like the opposite of celebrity justice and many lawyers confirmed that. Let them go after real criminals. People like Lindsay don't belong in jail, so I'm happy to hear that she's at her home.
