I think she should appeal. My question is: does a judge have the authority to order a defendant to deviate from the state contract with the school.

The contract is an agreement between the state and a company to provide goods or services. Money changes hands per student based on the contract specifications, if the judge orders additional attendance or changes the schedule is this legal without contracting officials approving the changes? Can the school bill the state for expenses added by the deviation?

I don't know but I think the judge violated state law or at least exceeded her authority when she ordered Lindsay to do something not covered by the signed contract between the school and the state.

The test goes for FIVE weeks. In the FIVE weeks of testing she shows positive for ADDERALL and DILUADID only. AGAIN, ADDERALL and DILUADID ONLY. The DILIADID shows for 2 weeks ONLY and does NOT APPEAR after Jun 7. SHE DOES NOT TAKE DILUADID ANYMORE. Trazodone, zoloft and nexium did not appear . The PROBATION DEPARTMENT said her additude was good, and she WAS NOT IN VIOLATION OF HER PROBATION. Anything from gossip sites is MISLEADING CRAP and should be taken as such. There IS NO PROVEN prescription drug addiction by Lindsay.
