X17 EXCLUSIVE - Dina Lohan Brought Drinks To Lindsay's Apartment The Night Before Jail Sentencing

A source tells X17online exclusively that Lindsay's mom Dina brought drinks over to her daughter's apartment Thursday night before the probation violation hearing as a "one last hurrah" ahead of Lindsay's brief incarceration.
We're told Dina brought along some friends for a last wild evening -- of course, as it turns out, Lindsay didn't do 30 days in jail ... at least not yet.
Our source tells us despite her mom's antics, Lindsay really does want to get healthy, it's just that most of the people around her don't support that. We're told Dina isn't pushing her daughter to get the help she needs in rehab and Lindsay doesn't want to admit herself because she's tried rehab before and "doesn't believe in it."
Lindsay's dad Michael is the only one who is pushing for rehab but because Lindsay won't really let him in her life, his influence in minimal.
Lindsay is trying to "clean out" her group of friends and surround herself with only positive people but "it's been difficult," we're told. "There are still a few stragglers around Lindsay who aren't good influences. These people keep her going back to her old, bad habits and as much as she resists, she's basically powerless against them."
Our source also tells us Lilo's pal Eilat Anschel was a big fan of Lindsay's before meeting her idol. She approached Lindsay numerous times, in hopes of befriending her, but it took Lindsay a while to accept her. We're told Eilat is an on-again-off-again friend and that Lindsay isn't sure of Eilat's intentions but she likes hanging out with her on occasion "to make Sam jealous."
So what's next for Lindsay? The future is uncertain, our source says. "Lindsay doesn't really want to go to rehab; she thinks she can clean up her life on her own. But with a few of these negative people still around her, including her mom, it will be tough."

Although she relapsed just weeks after checking out of UCLA inpatient rehab on Aug. 24, Lindsay Lohan is serious about her recovery, a source close to the actress says.
"She will step up her treatment and do more than what she was previously ordered to do," says the source, adding that Lohan, 24, plans to voluntarily check herself back into rehab in the coming days.
The actress was released from a Lynwood, Calif., jail late Friday night after winning an appeal to be granted bail following a failed drug test.
For now, Lohan has been ordered to wear a SCRAM alcohol-monitoring bracelet and must avoid places "where alcohol is the chief item of sale."
She faces a probation violation hearing on Oct. 22, where she could potentially face more jail time for the positive drug test in her ongoing DUI case.
Dina is seriously scary looking.

WASHINGTON – Lindsay Lohan has been called to testify before a House panel on a new Jobs bill.
Following the successful testimony of Stephen Colbert today in front of the House committee on farm jobs and illegal immigrants, Lindsay Lohan received a subpoena to testify before Congress about jobs, small Businesses and a new stimulus package.
“We want to bring more attention to the issues and get more young people involved,” said Speaker of the House, Nancy Pelosi. “What better way then to have all the top celebrities, and Google Trends, come and testify before Congress. It’s a watershed moment for Congress.”

Sec. 73. Liability for crimes. A corporation cannot commit crimes which involve intent or personal violence. However, a corporation may be criminally liable for the violation of a law which imposes a duty upon the corporation to do, or not to do, an act. For example, a corporation may be fined for failure to comply with some statute which specifies certain things to be done by the corporation such as supplying protection for employees and making reports and for the violation of regulatory statutes under the police power of the state. A corporation may be indicted for improperly performing an act which it may lawfully do. Kira is hispanic. People found a photo of her that she had on dlisted at one point of herself and when people saw what she looked like they started to make fun of her looks. She then changed the photo and posted a lot of hateful comments on x17 in spanish thinking that no one would understand them but people did. They turned out to be death threats that she was making against x17 bloggers. Eventually she got some plastic surgery done because she badly needed it.
