Lindsay Lohan was snapped arriving home with her friend Patrick at 3am this morning, and our photographers tell us the starlet looked like she "had definitely been drinking."
One of our photogs spotted a glass of champagne inside the car, and Lindsay seemed so paranoid she ended up calling the cops and driving off! Our photographer added, "Lindsay was pulling the same tricks she used to back in her wild party days -- ducking under to avoid being photographed and getting agitated with the paps."
P.S. What's with the handicapped sign on Patrick's rear view mirror? Who's got a disability?
