Instead of going back east to spend Christmas with her family, Lindsay decided to stay in LA with her girlfriend Samantha.
So how did they spend the holiday? At a dive bar, of course!
After a day spent at home, the gal pals headed to the Drawing Room in Los Feliz. We have no idea if the three-time rehab alum actually drink, but photogs did catch Lindsay smoking, where she asked them not to shoot her because "my mom will kill me"!
Looks like they had a pretty merry Christmas! But hopefully not too merry!
