X17 XCLUSIVE - Lindsay Leaves Rehab

Lindsay left the Promises facility late last night (where her father claims she's being treated for an Oxycontin - as well as an alcohol - addiction) with one of the center's counselors and a bodyguard. But it wasn't a permanent leave - after about 15 minutes Lindsay returned to the facility to continue her her treatment.
You can still see the bruise on her hand
Looks like Lindsay's taking advantage of one of the Promises "perks" - an on-site beautician. Despite hiding her face, it looks like she had her hair did!
