Lindsay Lohan did a little day-time partying yesterday at a house party in the Hollywood Hills with her English pal Lady Victoria Hervey and about 100 other people, many of them also British.
But there was one gent in particular who caught her eye ... one Mr. Gerard Butler. You may remember there were reports of these two hooking up in Morocco last November at the opening of the Mazagan Beach Resort in Marrakesh.
Well it seems these two have revived that one-night stand romance. Our photographers tell us Lindsay was "flirtatious and kind of coy." Lindsay? Coy?!
Linds was hanging with pals and Gerard approached to say hello. Lindsay had already spotted him and seemed to be waiting for him to come over, one photographer tells us: "You could tell Lindsay was dying to talk to him and to have him say hello to her in front of her friends. It's like one of the few legitimately big actor friends she has who will still talk to her."
The two hugged lingered to chat and then a hookah (see the water pipe on the table behind Lilo?) was enjoyed by some ...
The probation-challenged actress hid her SCRAM alcohol monitoring anklet, as usual, under her boots. But really, isn't she just tempting fate being around all these illicit substances? Why jump to conclusions just because they're somewhere in the middle of the afternoon surrounded by people? This is not some orgy where people are getting drunk. It looks more like somebody decided to stage an intervention and rally some people to help Lindsay beat her drinking addiction. The hug between them looks more like that of 2 good friends or an older brother feeling sorry for a younger sister in trouble. The razzi automatically link him to any woman he's seen hugging, or even kissing. He's very touchy-feely and if you ever met him, you'd know that for him it's totally normal to hug and kiss a woman without there being more to it.
He's a recovering alcoholic who has beaten out his addiction and probably he was there to offer her support and advice as this is what she needs now, a group of people supporting her so she'll be able to beat that addiction for once and for all.
Where are all the people who encouraged her to drink when she was at the top? Where are those who actually claimed to love her? Nowhere! It's good that some of her friends are loyal to her and will try to help her and I believe that is all he is to her.
