X17 XCLUSIVE - Lindsay's Driver Runs Over Photographer!

Last night at the Hotel Cafe in Hollywood, Lindsay Lohan's assistant, driving a BMW 650, smashed into a photographer as he pulled away from the curb.
The small music venue was packed with the likes of Lindsay and Adam Lambert celebrating the club's one-year anniversary with a performance by Chris Joyner and others.
The paps were crazed, trying to get shots of Lindsay as she seemed to be courting Mr. Lambert as her next BFF (now that Patrick's OUT!).
And when Linds jumped in her waiting car and her driver pealed out, there was, unfortunately, some collateral damage. Well-known photographer Koko was thrown to the ground when Lindsay's car made contact with his body and he injured his hand and wrist.
The EMT were called and Koko was treated on the scene. The driver didn't stop, didn't turn around, but hit-and-ran. It is believed the photographer filed a police report with the LAPD West Traffic Division who were called to the scene.
We're awaiting more details and will bring them to you shortly along with the pix and video of Lindsay and Adam Lambert!

Adnan Ghabib (Britney's pap ex-bf) tried to escape and ran over a process server who was doing his job - last November, he plead guilty and was sentenced to 45-d jail, 36-mo probation, 52-w anger management and 45-d community service.

it was FAKE!! if you watch the video, you can see the car doesn't hit his left hand. The car drives away, while he's still standing (no sign of pain) and all of a sudden he has pain in his left hand, Yeah right. Fake!

And as you can see, he's the one who 'injured' his left hand (see pics and story).
(now i read reports the fat guy wasn't hit by her car, he faked it).

This is stupid. All they need to do is equip the vehicles with extremely bright halogen bulbs and photo strobe packs, all pointing outward. Hit the button, overwhelm the camera's ability to adjust. No picture. That and sudden bursts of highly irritating sound waves should eliminate this problem of people surrounding the car

This is so funny. First off the guy did not even get hit. Then someone asks him if the car hit him and you can tell he is trying to decide whtether to lie or not. Hopefully authorities will see that this really disgusting excuse of a human being does not see a penny for this. Why are these paps allowed to get so close and impair the vision of the drivers? I guess the death of Princess Diana has not shown LA lawmakers that something needs to be done about these paps. By the way take a bath Koko. I live on the East Coast and I can smell you from here.lol
