X17 XCLUSIVE - "Lindsay Won't Go Voluntarily To Rehab," Says Attorney

Lindsay Lohan continued her partying ways last night, through early this morning, at new hotspot Las Palmas ... and her father Michael Lohan has had enough.
Michael's attorney Lisa Bloom had sent a letter to Lindsay's camp ... requesting a sit down meeting with Dina, Lindsay and Shawn Chapman Holley, Lindsay's lawyer to discuss how to get Lindsay into rehab. Yesterday was the deadline for them to respond, and we're told the request was ignored.
Lisa Bloom, Michael's attorney, tells X17online exclusively,
- "Lindsay won't agree to go voluntarily to rehab. Michael and I did meet to discuss the best strategies for Lindsay. Right now, all options remain open. His heart is broken. As any father with an adult child who is doing poorly, this is heartbreaking to him."
Yesterday afternoon, X17 photographers caught Lindsay arriving at Right On Programs for her DUI-related classes. Both Dina and Lindsay remain tight-lipped when asked about meeting with Lindsay's dad. However sources tell us that with Bloom's help, Michael will be pursuing "legal remedies."
As for Lindsay attending her DUI classes, Bloom tells X17online, "That's a good start."
Shawn Chapman Holley has not responded to our requests for comment.
Can Lindsay be saved ... or does she first have to hit rock bottom?

The sad thing is that any one of us could probably advise LL how to get the public to like her again. She's just to stubborn and entitled to listen to anyone besides her Yes Men. She's a wreck and even if she ISNT on drugs (which I think she is) why not willingly take drug tests, prove you're not a liability and start getting jobs again...
...She just doesn't care and would rather party so I feel no sympathy for her. She has every means available to her to get the help she needs in privacy and comfort but would rather live her life like a soap opera for the media.

She's an adult and can take as many drugs as she wants. Her ex-dad is in it for the publicity...make no mistake. When he speaks he makes sure there is a camera pointed in his face. If it wasn't for his daughter, he wouldn't even be relevant.
I hope they have a good funeral plan made for her, because the taxpayers of California shouldn't have to foot the bill when it's time to take out that trash!

She's an adult, so I'm not understanding even HOW anyone can control what she does legally or otherwise. I didn't really understand how that happened with Britney either unless she had a pre-existing condition and her parents were able to prove she needed help controling her levels. As we all know, Britney tested negative for any drugs in her system during her 5150 lockdown.
IF Lindsey has a chemical imbalance and needs the assistance of her parent to get back on track...MORE POWER TO THE PARENT...but if she's just a big old crack head, well, you reap what you sew.

Hopefully Michael Lohan will press to have his daughter involuntarily incarcerated in a long term REHAB facility. It's the only thing that's going to save her...

Regardless of what anyone has to say about Michael, you can't deny that he is trying with everything he has to get Lindsay the help she needs even if she still continues to call him her "ex dad", right now he will take that label, if somehow he can save his daughter. You don't see him "partying" with his daughter like her mother is.

TMZ: Michael Lohan has backed off his threat to seek a conservatorship for his daughter Lindsay Lohan -- at least temporarily.
He keeps grandstanding and backing off because there is no viable way for him to get a conservatorship over her. Unless she tries to hurt herself or someone else she's free to keep on doing what she wants.
