They will see right through this and know that this is just another lohan attempt to try to avoid being held accountable for her actions. She also called it fun and said that it was like a summer vaction for her. By entering rehab lindsay and dina are either admitting that michael lohan was right all along about her situation or that they are just trying to avoid the punishment that will befall her for her actions. One way or another dina and lindsay after all of their statements about lindsay being fine now have been exposed for the liars that they are. How many attorneys did lindsay have to meet with before she finally realized how serious her situation was? Radar online has spoken to the prosector in the case and she says that no matter what lindsay does she will be going to jail. The judge has already ruled on this issue danette meyers tells radar. She also personally guarantees that lindsay will be going to jail on tuesday and that she will be right there to ensure that lindsay is put in handcuffs so that she can spend the full amount of her three month sentence in jail and not a day less.

Hopefully the judge allows Lindsay to continue with her rehab and realises that jail won't help her at all and saves the space for the violent offenders.

Lindsay is sober, there's no amount of lying that goes against the court-mandated tests. You wanted to see her drug tested and she proved people wrong by showing that she isn't on drugs and did not test for the legal amount of alcohol intoxication 1 time in7 weeks.
