After a four-month European tour, Lionel Richie finally touched down at LAX yesterday - and we were thrilled to greet him! Of course, we're always happy to see the ever-gracious, eternally-upbeat Lionel, and we were especially happy to hear that he'd be heading directly home from the airport for a visit with Nicole - with the rough patch she's been going through over the last few weeks, she could probably use some paternal support! We also asked him if he had any words for Nicole's old pal Paris now that she's locked down at Lynwood - although Lionel seemed surprised to learn that she'd already gone in, he said he'd save his words for when he spoke to her on the phone!
Lionel really is one of the most pleasant celebrities we've ever bumped into - we only wish we could say the same about his daughter!

When did he divorce his wife? He got nailed for cheating and that was that. Maybe that's why poor Nicole got into such a bad way and stopped eating and became a sad anorexic.
So now that Lionel is back he can at least try to undo some of the damage from the broken home and advise Nicole to stay away from that coke whore Paris.
Then maybe she'll stand a chance to start getting better. Poor thing. She looks awful and doctors suggest under 90 pounds.
When that happens people die.

I'm glad lionel richie is home. I'm sorry to here about his daughter my daughter was anorexic when she was 14 years old, her father wasnt in her life she only had me. until i got her the help she over come her anorexic. now she 25 years old and have 3 children. And lionel hang in there and she will over come that knowing you will be by her side,and be there for her. god bless you and your daughter. my prayers are with you both.
