Liv Tyler's mom and one time manager, Bebe Buell, is not a fan of how Dina Lohan raised Lindsay ... and she's talking about her disapproval of Lilo's upbringing to Steppin' Out magazine.

Buell, who had Liv with rocker Steven Tyler, tells the mag:

"Dina Lohan's relationship with her daughter Lindsay disturbs me. I don't see a mother and a daughter there. If my beautiful daughter was like that.... I mean Lindsay and Liv were practically born on the same day ... But if my baby girl got that screwed up I would NOT allow to make her own decisions. I'm sorry!"

The 1974 Playboy Playmate of the Month, who says she could help Lilo win an Oscar under her guidance, adds, "What her mother has done with Lindsay is morally wrong and disgusting. She should back off."

Jennifer Aniston said it was "not cool" that she was scammed by a celebrity facialist who was recently charged with fraud for using clients' credit card information.

On Good Morning America this morning, Aniston said she stopped working with Maria Gabriela Perez of Chez Gabriela Studio, about five years ago.

Perez's other celeb clients include Penelope Cruz, Halle Berry, Anne Hathaway, Kate Hudson, Cher, and Liv Tyler. According to police docs, Perez told $214,000 from Tyler alone over a five-month period last year.

If convicted, the salon owner faces up to 25 years in jail.

Aniston also commented on Bill O'Reilly's criticism of her comments -- comments the actress called a "celebration" of family and of women. Aniston had said, while doing press for The Switch, that women didn't need the help of men to raise children. O'Reilly said her statement "diminished fatherhood." The last time we saw Joaquin Phoenix, he was virtually unrecognizable (not to mention incoherent) with a big, unkempt beard and hiding behind a pair of shades.

Now, he's ditched the beard, taken a shower, and can actually be understood in a new promo for the charity, To Write Love On Her Arms, a non-profit dedicated to presenting hope and finding help for people struggling with depression, addiction, self-injury and suicide.

Phoenix teamed up with Miley Cyrus and his ex, Liv Tyler, to encourage people to vote for the charity to win a one million dollar donation for suicide prevention and the launch of a live online crisis network. (You can vote and get more info here.)

We snapped Liv Tyler Christmas shopping in Beverly Hills yesterday, and the hot mama was hunting for gifts until the sun went down! Don't get me wrong, I love shopping, but after spending a few hours at the mall, I'm usually ready to call it a day! Then again, if I had Liv's credit card in my hands, it might be a different story...

When we caught Liv Tyler out and about in Hollywood yesterday, the beautiful brunette was veering dangerously towards shlumpy territory with this super cas outfit. Hey, even beautiful women have their off days!

Last night Liv Tyler was so overwhelmed by photographers outside of the Neil George salon, she walked up to a police officer and asked for assistance getting to her car. Yikes!

Liv definitely had a hard time seeing where she was going, but once she got into her car, she calmed down and cracked a smile. Heck, she even joked around with her pal and our photographers about the "nerdy" glasses she put on for her drive home.
