my dad who now has dementia and is blind would stop many times when we were driving somewhere and he would see someone mistreat a child. He would get out of the car and tell whomever that they better stop or he would give them a thumping they wouldn't soon forget. That was over 30 years ago, long before child abuse was at the forefront of social issues. He raised 8 kids and we all love him.

An "apparent" Child abuse?The pictures don't show an abuse,and worse,these pics don't prove anything.Why didn't she call the police or child services and stayed there until someone arrive,arrest the woman(if possible) and take the baby to a safe place?No.She simply yelled at the old woman,conforted the boy(futile,because they boy was crying),went back to her car and left.And the woman went away with the baby too.Great help she did.

It was really great of her to do something like that ... but I want to look at the big picture ... what about the thousands of innocent children who are killed EVERY DAY by the biggest child abuse in our nation - abortion?
