It doesn't matter what she wears - Liv Tyler is always a stunner! We snapped the brown haired beauty shopping in Bev Hills today, and we're drooling. Those lips, those legs! Even though her outfit is somewhat dull and drab, she makes it looks amazing. Would this getup ever work on Mischa Barton? NOPE!
