Elizabeth Taylor's private funeral service will be held this afternoon at the Forest Lawn cemetery in Glendale, California.

Taylor's death certificate lists Mt. Sinai as the mortuary and Forest Lawn as her final resting place, which is also where her close pal Michael Jackson is buried.

The silver screen legend passed away yesterday morning at the Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles with her four children by her side. Taylor was admitted to the hospital last month after suffering congestive heart failure symptoms.

Former President Bill Clinton and Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton released the following statement:

We were honored to host her at the White House in 2001 when she received the Presidential Citizens Medal for her relentless crusade for more AIDS research and better care."

Taylor was married to eight times to seven different men throughout her life: Conrad Hilton, Micheal Wilding, Mike Todd, Eddie Fisher, John Warner, Larry Fortensky and Richard Burton, the latter of whom she tied the knot with twice. Taylor was most recently linked to talent manager Jason Winters.

During her career, Taylor won two Best Actress Oscars: the first in 1961 for Butterfield 8 and later in 1967 for Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf. Taylor was well-known for her fundraising efforts for AIDS and HIV causes after she lost her close friend Rock Hudson to the disease in the 1980s.

Taylor's rep also told X17online that the engagement rumors were false, so it looks like the ninth time marriage won't be the charm for the silver screen legend.

"Dear Friends, I would like to let you know before it gets in the papers that I am going into the hospital to have a procedure on my heart. It's very new and involves repairing my leaky valve using a clip device, without open heart surgery, so that my heart will function better. Any prayers you happen to have lying around I would dearly appreciate. I'll let you know when it's all over. Love you, Elizabeth."

Dame Elizabeth Taylor is in a Los Angeles hospital, reports the NY Post. The legendary actress was brought there yesterday from her Beverly Hills home, and there is no word yet on her condition, but it's being reported that the stress of losing Michael Jackson is really getting to her.

Cindy Adams at the NY Post reports that the Jackson family denied her access to their funeral pews and barred her from the events because "she was Michael's friend, not theirs." She's reportedly suffering "weakness, tiredness, exhaustion, emotional draining. She hasn't stopped crying. She and Michael were devoted to one another."
