Lourdes Leon is growing up ... fast!

The 15-year-old daughter of Madonna put on mom's cone bra backstage while sticking out her tongue ... and um, holding on tight to the cones. Along with this provocative photo posted on the Material Girl clothing line Twitter account was the following: "Lola backstage at MDNA!"

This cony creation was first worn by Madge back in 1990 during her controversial Blond Ambition tour.

Let's hope lil' Lourdes doesn't go any further with mom's old habits!

Lourdes Leon was spotted leaving her NYC apartment this afternoon, and the 15-year-old starlet handled the paparazzi outside better than most seasoned stars twice her age!

Of course, we don't want Madonna's little girl growing up TOO fast ... Lola was recently caught smoking cigarettes, so hopefully someone gave her a stern lecture about the dangers of lung cancer. And who exactly is responsible for selling her the smokes? Madonna's team has yet to comment on the incident, and it's been a few weeks, so it seems like they're hoping we'll just forget about it!

Ahh, the teen years -- a time of rebellion. Such is the phase Miss Lourdes Leon appears to be in. She's lifted her long locks to reveal her newly-shorn scalp underneath ... she's been showing it off a lot since she got the recent shave.

So perhaps Madonna is hoping Kabbalah will give her youngsters some direction and keep them on the right path -- even during their teen years?

She packed up the minivan (ok, it was a chauffeur-driven SUV) and hauled the fam to the Beverly Hills Kabbalah Centre Saturday.

Madge was wearing her usual Chanel glovelets, paired with a somewhat clownish black and white-striped shirt, scarf and black Victoria's Secret Pink sweatpants. An interesting combo ...

The 53-year-old Material Girl brought along her boyfriend Brahim Zaibat, 24, and he hung with Madonna's son Rocco as the group left the building. Madge's younger children David and Mercy were there as well.

But Madonna, shouldn't you be walking to the Centre? Driving's not allowed on Shabbat!

As if being the daughter of Madonna isn't enough, fashionista/blogger/clothing designer Lourdes Leon is taking her Material Girl line (launched with mom, natch) to a whole new level ... makeup!

Lourdes launched the new Material Girl Beauty line in New York City Tuesday, puckering up to the glittery new nail polishes and lip glosses. In a press release, Lourdes said:

“It was so much fun getting to pick all of my favorite scents for the Material Girl body products and lip glosses. The body products have fun names like Wicked Watermelon, Flirty Fruit, Midnight Magnolia and Sinful Sugar. I chose scents that I loved.”

And that adorable red and while polka dot tank? Courtesy of Material Girl's Spring/Summer 2011 line, of course. But it's those white Doc Marten boots that we're coveting. If only we had that much style at 14!

Madonna and her teenage daughter Lourdes wowed on the red carpet at the Vanity Fair post-Oscar party last night, but not for the reasons you'd think! While both of the ladies looked gorgeous, they left little to the imagination with their risque outfits. Madonna covered up her modesty with a pair of fishnets and a see through black dress, and judging from this picture, little Lola knew she was rocking a dress that was a wee bit too short:

Carlos Leon, the father of Madonna's eldest daughter Lourdes, says he's "forever grateful" to the pop icon for giving him his daughter.

"I have no regrets," Leon told People. "I wouldn't change anything. I got the best thing out of that relationship, and that's my daughter. My daughter is everything to me."

"I'm a lenient dad," Leon admits. "I'm very empathetic, and I'm good at listening to my daughter … I'm probably a bad dad when it comes to disciplining her." So does that mean Madonna is the disciplinarian?

Carlos also says he's dreading the day when his very adult 14-year-old will start dating.

"I'm dreading it so much, because she's my little girl. I want her to stay young forever," he says. "I'm already overprotective, so when the time comes, I will be ready to have a talk with the guy she brings through the door. He better be ready, because I'll give him the rundown!"

Carlos, who is a personal trainer and an actor, met Madonna in 1994. The couple split after three years together but remain friendly.

But where was mom Madonna? Little Lourdes attended service at the Kabbalah Centre in New York on Saturday in some casual clothes. The Material Girl's daughter recently blogged about wanting to dye her hair blue - and what did Madonna think?

Lourdes wrote: "I read this blog aloud to my mother and she is sitting here staring at me with no expression on her face, as if she doesn’t approve of it! So now you all know what I have had to put up with for the past 14 years of my life :D"
