Macaulay Culkin Cleans Up His Act, But Not His Pants

Macaulay Culkin was snapped out and about in New York City on Thursday, and he looks much better now than he did in February, when photos surfaced showing his scary skinny frame.
The 30-year-old former child actor was said to be battling a substance problem (various blogs alleged that it was heroin and pills), and The National Enquirer even claimed that he had six months to live, but his rep shot down the reports as "impossibly and ridiculously fictitious." There were also reports that ex-girlfriend Mila Kunis begged him to go to rehab, and while there wasn't any confirmation that he went to seek treatment, he definitely looks way healthier here!
Except for this smashed thumbnail and minor boo boo ... ouch!
I guess that's what being dumped by Ms. Kunis could do to someone!
