Has Madonna had a facelift?!?
There's no denying the 50-year-old Madge looks fantastic, but is it just good genes or has the skilled hand of a surgeon been at work here?
A recent New York Magazine article noted Madge's "Mount Rushmore cheekbones, the angular jawline, the smoothed forehead, the plumped skin, the heart-like shape of the face" and called it "the perfect facelift."
Now, neither Madonna, nor her publicist will confirm or deny whether she's had any work done. Although her spokeswoman did say: "I have never represented anyone who has spoken to me about plastic surgery. Nor have I asked them. I don't want to know. Anyone who has had it done, I'm all for it. It's great."

Yes, nobody looks that good at 50 without having work done. It's very good though. Her skin looks fantastic.

I love, love, love Madonna but, of COURSE she's had work done. Her face is much tighter now and she hasn't any signs of wrinkles, bags or sagging. I think she had injections in her cheeks, not implants. And who cares because she's awesome and gorgeous and the best entertainer of our time.

I was blown away when I saw her in the Britney documentary. I couldn't believe how much her face had changed. it's a different shape. I have to say... i don't like it. It's far from a perfect facelift. It's terrible!!

If she did go under the knife, she should have saved her money. I think she looks better in the 2007 picture.
There isn't a celeb over 20.. heck, probably over 18 who hasn't gone under the knife. I suspect Madonna has made MANY visits to the plastic surgeons office over the years.
